| Awright...you had to read these to be granted access to the forum...but guess what? Your ass is readin' again, baby!
- Any OOC Attack on an admin will conclude in a kick. Continuance of such actions will follow protocol for the rule 7 (Read below).
- Cussing is allowed. Try to keep it under control though.
- If you have a problem with someone on the forum, tell a moderator, DO NOT try to solve disputes on your own, as this will only lead to drama, and all persons involved will be banned for a number of days for this.
- Violence is accepted IC and in short OOC Role Play snippets. However, if you are asked to stop, DO SO IMMEDIATELY! This means: No bitching about how were you just kidding, No aging, no provoking.
- When in an RP, No god-moding will be allowed, unless otherwise stated by both the Thread Creator, and a Global. If we get complaints, we'll take action(Refer to Rule 2).
- No Double-Posting in RPs unless it's just to keep the game going.
- ABSOLUTELY NO SPAMMING. Continually spamming the threads or the shoutbox will first result in a warning or a ban for a couple of hours. The second time it happens, the ban will last between two days and a week. Third strike, and you're out. We hate to do it, but it makes it very difficult for people to concentrate. Which means, if you're gonna use the chatbox...by all means, go ahead. Don't fuck it up for everyone else, though. We aren't gonna be taking the box away. We will ban your ass, though.
Everything on this site is worded and/or created by the members of the HOMIE HQ. These ours, and ours alone, and if any character/post from this site is found elsewhere, used by a member other than the individual responsible for the works, we can take legal action. If you don't believe me, read the following. This was quoted from http://www.legal-database.com/copyright-laws-internet.htm:
"Works put on the Internet are considered "published" and therefore qualify for copyright protection. A work put on the Internet is not considered public domain simply because it was posted on the Internet and free for anyone to download and copy. You need permission from the site owner to publish any materials, including photographs, music, and artwork from the site."
Closure: Again, these rules are made and must be enforced for an ideal stay at our website. By reading this thread, you understand and agree to the site's Rules and Regulations, and are bound to them by an honor system. If you break these rules, your account will be at risk of receiving permanent banishment of IP, Email, and/or Username.
Thanks, -Administration Staff | |
